Our store is hosted on Squarespace Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

CodeLinkd respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Services to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law and are properly provided to us. We reserve the right to remove Content alleged to be infringing without prior notice, at our sole discretion, and without liability to you. In appropriate circumstances, CodeLinkd will also terminate a user’s account if the user is determined to be a repeat infringer. To report a copyright violation, please contact us. All right, title, and interest in and to the Services (excluding Content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of CodeLinkd and its licensors. The content, information, data, designs, code, and materials associated with the Services (“Content”) are protected by intellectual property and other laws. You must comply with all such laws and applicable copyright, trademark or other legal notices or restrictions. Nothing in the Terms gives you a right to use the CodeLinkd name or any of the CodeLinkd trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features. Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding CodeLinkd, or the Services is entirely voluntary and we will be free to use such feedback, comments or suggestions as we see fit and without any obligation to you. Subject to these Terms, you may access and use the Services only for your own personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all other rights to the Services and Content, and otherwise you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, or create derivative works of the Services or Content without our permission, except with respect to CodeLinkd’s library of videos, curriculum, tutorials, and API as set forth above.
Upon request, we may expressly authorize you to redistribute certain Content for personal, noncommercial use. We will identify specifically the Content that you are authorized to redistribute and describe ways you may redistribute it (such as via email, blogs, or embedded players). We may revoke this authorization at any time. If you redistribute Content, you must be able to edit or delete such publicly posted Content and you must edit or delete it promptly upon our request. In addition, notwithstanding any of the foregoing, use of Content or Services will NOT be permitted if such use constitutes an endorsement of a 3rd party brand, service or product or if access to such redistributed Content or Services is not provided free of charge.
The CodeLinkd logo design is a registered trademark of CodeLinkd. You may only use the CodeLinkd logo or trademark with the permission of CodeLinkd, and only in reference to CodeLinkd. Mash-ups or combinations of the CodeLinkd logo or name with other logos or names are specifically prohibited.
CodeLinkd does not represent or warrant that the Services will be error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. We do not represent or warrant that the information available on or through the Services will be correct, accurate, timely or otherwise reliable. We may make changes to the features, functionality or content of the Services at any time. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to edit or delete any Content, information or other materials made available as a part of the Services.
SECTION 22 - CONFIDENTIAL AND PROPRIETARY INFORMATION
CodeLinkd does not want to receive confidential or proprietary information from you through the Site. Please note that any information or material sent to CodeLinkd through the Site will be deemed NOT to be confidential. By sending CodeLinkd any information or material, you grant CodeLinkd an unrestricted, irrevocable, world-wide, royalty free license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit, and distribute those materials or information, and you also agree that CodeLinkd is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques that you send us for any purpose.
SECTION 23 - ADDITIONAL TERMS
Some Services may be subject to additional posted guidelines, rules or terms of service (“Additional Terms”) and your use of such Services will be conditioned on your agreement to the Additional Terms. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Additional Terms, the Additional Terms will control for that Service, unless the Additional Terms expressly state that these Terms will control.
CHILDREN UNDER AGE 13
We take steps to minimize the collection of personal data from Users under the age of 13 as explained in the CodeLinkd privacy policy. Users under 13 can try most tutorials and courses without creating an account, but their learning progress won’t be saved. Users under the age of 13 are required to to get the approval of a parent or legal guardian before creating an account on CodeLinkd. If you are an Educator, you may register accounts on the Services for one or more of your students. If you are an Educator and you register an account for a student who is under the age of 13 (a “Child”), you represent and warrant that you or the educational organization you work for has proper permission to register the Child for CodeLinkd, and that you have obtained the necessary parental consent for CodeLinkd’s collection of the Child’s personal information for the use and benefit of the school and for no other commercial purpose. In addition, you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of the educational organization you work for.
YOUR ACCOUNT
If you create an account for Services, you are responsible for the security of your account and for keeping your own password safe. If you are using an account assigned to you by an Educator, your Educator may be able to access and disable your account. CodeLinkd may permit you to register an account for the Services through certain third party social networking services, such as Facebook Connect and Google (“Authentication Service”). By registering for the Services using an Authentication Service, you agree that CodeLinkd may access your account information from the Authentication Service and you agree to any and all terms of use of the Authentication Service regarding your use of the Services via the Authentication Service. You are solely responsible for your interactions with the Authentication Service.
PHOTO POLICY
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions as listed under our Photo policy.
For Parents/Guardians - “As a condition of participation, CodeLinkd, LLC has my permission to use my and/or my child’s photograph publically to promote the company and its services. I understand that the images may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, marketing collateral, websites, and social media. These images, testimonials, photos, videos, and audio may be shared and used by corporate partners, the media, or other organizations that work with CodeLinkd, LLC. I also understand that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use. I hereby waive any and all rights that I may have to inspect or approve the Recordings, or the use to which they may be applied as long as they are used in the promotion of CodeLinkd and services. I understand that CodeLinkd, LLC its owners, agents, partners, facility providers, and employees will not be held liable for damages and injuries associated with said publishing, including any and all claims based on negligence. I agree that all images, testimonials, photos, videos, and audio that is taken at or in connection with CodeLinkd, LLC are the sole and exclusive property of CodeLinkd, LLC. I agree that this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, and I consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the State and Federal Courts of Santa Clara County in the State of California.”
PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us. CodeLinkd’s Privacy Policy explains how we treat your personal data and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully for information relating to CodeLinkd’s collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. If you are a student that uses an account registered for you by a Educator or otherwise connected to an Educator, you agree that CodeLinkd may disclose your information to the Educators associated with your account. If you are a Educator, you agree not to share student information you receive from CodeLinkd with anybody other than authorized agents of the classroom, school district, or other educational establishment you represent. CodeLinkd does not use student data for any targeted or behavioral advertising, profiling, or onward disclosure.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - SQUARESPACE
Our store is hosted on Squarespace Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Squarespace’s data storage, databases and the general Squarespace application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
By providing a credit card or other payment method that we accept, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and you authorize us (or our third party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your subscription fee or order, including shipping and handling fees, any applicable taxes and other charges. If the payment method cannot be verified, is invalid or is otherwise not acceptable, your subscription or order may be suspended or cancelled automatically.
When you initially provide or update your payment information, we transmit it via an encrypted connection to our Payment Processor, Stripe. Stripe uses and processes your payment information in accordance with Stripe’s Privacy Policy. We don’t store your payment information, other than your zip code and country, which we require for billing and to comply with tax and other government regulations.
All payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

Squarespace Ads. We partner with third party publishers, advertising networks and service providers to manage our ads on other sites. Our third party partners may set cookies on your device or browser to gather information about your activities on the Services and other sites you visit, in order to provide you with Squarespace ads. For example, if you visit Squarespace and also use a social media platform, you may see a Squarespace ad in your social media newsfeed or timeline.
Opting Out. You can set your browser to not accept cookies, but this may limit your ability to use the Services. We currently don’t respond to DNT:1 signals from browsers visiting our Services. You can also opt out of receiving interest-based ads from certain ad networks here (or if located in the European Union, here).
Pixels. A pixel tag, or pixel, is a small piece of code that can be embedded on websites and emails. We use pixels to learn how you interact with our site pages and emails, and this information helps us and our ad partners provide you with a more tailored experience. For example, if you visit a Squarespace page related to music, a pixel will help us show you an ad for that page when you later visit a music news site.
Device Identifiers. We use device identifiers to track, analyze and improve the performance of the Services and our ads.

SECTION 9 - COLLECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION
The sections below describe the ways CodeLinkd collects and uses the name, display name, email address, school name and address, telephone number, etc. from Users (“Personal Information”), persistent cookies or IP addresses (“Persistent Identifiers”), as well as some of the non-Personal Information and technical information (described below) we collect. We collectively refer to any of this data we collect from Students, along with any Student information, Student records, and Student-generated content as “Student Data.”
Teachers can create accounts on behalf of Students. When registering an account for a Student who is under the age of 13 (a “Child”), the Teacher represents and warrants that they or the educational organization they work for has proper permission to register the Child for CodeLinkd, and that they or the educational organization has obtained the necessary parental consent for collection of some of the Child’s Personal Information for the use and benefit of the school and for no other commercial purpose. In addition, they agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy on behalf of the educational organization they work for, and are authorized to do so.
SECTION 10 - G SUITE FOR EDUCATION NOTICE TO PARENTS AND GUARDIANS
We use Google Classrooms to log a student’s progress while also allowing the students access to materials taught during the classroom sessions. This notice describes the personal information CodeLinkd provides to Google for these accounts and how Google collects, uses, and discloses personal information from students in connection with these accounts.
Using their G Suite for Education accounts, students may access and use the following “Core Services” offered by Google (described at https://gsuite.google.com/terms/user_features.html): Gmail (including Inbox by Gmail) Calendar Classroom Contacts Drive Docs Forms Groups Keep Sheets Sites Slides Talk/Hangouts Vault
Google provides information about the information it collects, as well as how it uses and discloses the information it collects from G Suite for Education accounts in its G Suite for Education Privacy Notice. WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DOES GOOGLE COLLECT?
When creating a student account, CodeLinkd may provide Google with certain personal information about the student, including, for example, a name, email address, and password. Google may also collect personal information directly from students, such as telephone number for account recovery or a profile photo added to the G Suite for Education account.
When a student uses Google services, Google also collects information based on the use of those services. This includes: device information, such as the hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information including phone number; log information, including details of how a user used Google services, device event information, and the user's Internet protocol (IP) address; location information, as determined by various technologies including IP address, GPS, and other sensors; unique application numbers, such as application version number; and cookies or similar technologies which are used to collect and store information about a browser or device, such as preferred language and other settings.
HOW DOES GOOGLE USE THIS INFORMATION?
In G Suite for Education Core Services, Google uses student personal information to provide, maintain, and protect the services. Google does not serve ads in the Core Services or use personal information collected in the Core Services for advertising purposes.
Google may also use this information to offer tailored content, such as more relevant search results. Google may combine personal information from one service with information, including personal information, from other Google services.
DOES GOOGLE USE STUDENT PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR USERS IN K-12 SCHOOLS TO TARGET ADVERTISING?
No. For G Suite for Education users in primary and secondary (K-12) schools, Google does not use any user personal information (or any information associated with an G Suite for Education Account) to target ads, whether in Core Services or in other Additional Services accessed while using an G Suite for Education account.
CAN MY CHILD SHARE INFORMATION WITH OTHERS USING THE G SUITE FOR EDUCATION ACCOUNT?
CodeLinkd may allow students to access Google services such as Google Docs and Sites, which include features where users can share information with others or publicly. When users share information publicly, it may be indexable by search engines, including Google.
WILL GOOGLE DISCLOSE MY CHILD’S PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Google will not share personal information with companies, organizations and individuals outside of Google unless one of the following circumstances applies: With parental or guardian consent. Google will share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of Google when it has parents’ consent (for users below the age of consent), which may be obtained through G Suite for Education schools.
With CodeLinkd. G Suite for Education accounts, give administrators access to information stored in them. For external processing. Google may provide personal information to affiliates or other trusted businesses or persons to process it for Google, based on Google’s instructions and in compliance with the G Suite for Education privacy notice and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures. For legal reasons. Google will share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of Google if it has a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to: meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request. enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations. detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues. protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of Google, Google users or the public as required or permitted by law. Google also shares non-personal information -- such as trends about the use of its services -- publicly and with its partners.
WHAT CHOICES DO I HAVE AS A PARENT OR GUARDIAN?
First, you can consent to the collection and use of your child’s information by Google. If you don’t provide your consent, we will not create a G Suite for Education account for your child, and Google will not collect or use your child’s information as described in this notice. If you consent to your child’s use of G Suite for Education, you can access or request deletion of your child’s G Suite for Education account by contacting [insert contact information for school administrator]. If you wish to stop any further collection or use of your child's information, you can request that we use the service controls available to limit your child’s access to features or services, or delete your child’s account entirely. You and your child can also visit https://myaccount.google.com while signed in to the G Suite for Education account to view and manage the personal information and settings of the account.
